Start with a 15 min water ritual, followed by a total body massage. Releases tension, reduces fatigue and restores physical balance to the entire body. Our highly skilled therapists will suggest the massage that suits your individual needs. 85 min


Relaxation Massage
If it’s your first time in the spa or you don’t get massage often, Relaxation Massage/ is the best place to start. Warming up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle “knots”. Therapy Massage
 Therapy Massage is similar to our Relaxation Massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). 30 min / 55 min

Prenatal Masssage
Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Total Body Stretching
Focusing on increasing flexibility, mobility, and range of motion through active assistive stretch with client’s participation through active deep slow breathing and identifying exact level of tolerance. Trigger Point Therapy
Focus on alleviating different sources of pain through cycles of isolated deep pressure. Client participates through active breathing and identifying exact location. Trigger Point Therapy is for anyone with severe chronic pain. 30 min / 60 min

Myofascial Release
Gentle sustained pressure with no oils or products, focusing to alleviate sources of pain through cycles of gentle massage and stretching of the muscles at the trigger point. This is to focus on an area of pain such as the back. Myofascial Release is for anyone with chronic pain. 30 min / 60 min

Post Game Golfer's Massage
This massage is tailored for post game soreness, and includes sports stretching and an energizing soak.  It increases blood circulation, oxygenates muscles, eliminates fatigue and relieves pain and discomfort after a long game.  Regular post-play massage creates muscle memory for longer lasting comfort and better performance.
